PERPETUAL PETEY NOMINATIONS

Postby MitchMiller on Wed Mar 08, 2006 6:17 pm

Since a year is a long time to document all of the potential Petey Award nominations, I thought we could keep them here so we have a running tab of the nominations....

Here are a few that were submitted the day after the most recent Cotillion.....

Dennis - "The Lone Clapper Award" for being the only supporter of England at this year's 6 Nations Tournament viewed at the Rose

Ralph - "Driving Miss Daisy" for having his 17 year old daughter come pick him up at the Cotillion.... and he didn't even have the courtesy to offer her services to anyone else at the Cotillion!

Gorgon - "Fire in the Hole" for setting the Dill's fire alarm off after taking a dump the morning after the Cotillion

Andy - "The Score Keeper Award" for asking what the numbers 18-16 being projected onto the field meant during the Wales v France game at The wild Irish Rose.

The Pat Tillman Friendly Fire Award goes to Omar Rivera for going too high while trying to tackle me in full flight, running downhill, on the 1 yard line resulting in him having to leave the game due to injury - all while playing for Old Japan.

The Greedy (with talent) Award goes to Tony Jones. After the Old Japan game Martin was overheard as saying 'Tony is greedy, but with talent'.

The Greedy (with no talent) Award goes to Alex Ciaraffo after Martin adjudged him after the Old Japan game to be 'Greedy like Tony, but Tony has talent'.
